Travellers who venture to Ottawa this fall can try a unique way to experience the aquatic side of the city. Known as the Lady Dive, this amphibious boat brings guests from land to water in the same vehicle, keeping all passengers perfectly dry in the process. This interesting attraction will surely delight those who would like to experience some of the city's attractions in a new light.
According to the organization's website, the Lady Dive boat and bus offers tours throughout Ottawa, with guides pointing out the best landmarks and sites to see along the city streets and on the Ottawa River. Excursions are available in both French and English and welcome adventurous travellers to enjoy this fun and thrilling experience.
Besides the amphibious buses, the Lady Dive company also has several other vehicles in its fleet, including double-decker buses and trolleys. Tickets good for one or all of the various buses can be purchased through October 30th. Or for a scenic fall foliage drive through Gatineau Park, tours are available through October 10 (Canadian Thanksgiving Monday).
