Girl power is taking over Canada's capital this May in the form of a theatrical performance at the Centrepointe Theatre. Called "Women Fully Clothed," the show features four women who have made a name for themselves in international comedy as they share their stories and jokes about growing up and getting older.
Saturday Night Live's Robin Duke, Jayne Eastwood of My Big Fat Greek Wedding, The Jane Show's Teresa Pavlinek, and Kathryn Greenwood from Whose Line Is It Anyway? form the play's dynamic quartet and create a no holds barred presentation of original songs and perfectly executed sketches.
The Globe and Mail sang the praises of this play, saying, "If there’s a funnier group of comediennes, I’m not aware of them."
Ladies taking tours of Ottawa who want to enjoy a fun girl's night out on May 3 can make plans to see "Women Fully Clothed" at the Centrepointe Theatre. Tickets are on sale through the venue's website, which travellers may want to purchase quickly, as this event is sure to sell out.
